No ICF Performance Evaluation Required
ACC and PCC applications required submitting recorded coaching sessions for the Performance Evaluation. ICF is replacing that step with a formative evaluation process delivered by a mentor coach who holds the Mentor Coach Specialization.
If you are applying for a credential, Corey observes your coaching across three recorded sessions and documents it in Session Observation Forms and a Competency Review Form. That record goes with your application in lieu of a performance evaluation when you apply in 2027.

He is an ICF Assessor and Mentor Coach, and he holds the ICF Mentor Coach Specialization at the ACC, PCC and MCC levels. He has mentored more than 175 coaches toward their ICF credentials and assessed 1,500 recorded coaching sessions. You learn what separates one credential level from the next from someone who has judged it at scale.

RENEWAL PATH

Choose this path if you already hold an ACC or PCC credential and you are renewing it. You will receive audio recordings of your individual mentor coaching, but no written feedback.
NEW CREDENTIAL PATH
$2,195 USD
Choose this path if you are applying for an ACC or PCC credential. You will receive written feedback on your coaching and the documentation required to apply for an ICF credential.
HOW IT WORKS
What happens once you enroll
1. Begin the on-demand modules
There are ten of them, and we recommend working through one each week.
2. Participate in the live group sessions
They meet on Saturday mornings from 9:00 to 10:45 AM Mountain Time and are capped at ten coaches.
3. Meet one-to-one with Corey
Your three individual hours are scheduled directly with him and built on your own coaching.
Common questions
How long does the program take?
You have twelve months of access from the day you enroll. Most participants finish in four to six months.
What do I need before I start?
You need clients to coach, and their permission to record. Your recorded sessions are the material of your mentor coaching, and one of them is reviewed in a group session.
